References in this Privacy Policy to “Gamma”, “we” “us” or “our” are references to Gamma Web Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand as registered number 1973546 with its registered office in New Zealand. The terms “you” and “your” are references to visitors to the Website from time to time.

Gamma owns and operates the Website and it also licences to third parties on certain terms the right to use certain proprietary web applications developed and owned by Gamma (Gamma Apps) via the Website, through Apple’s Appstore, through Google’s Playstore and/or through such other means as Gamma may from time to time determine.

Gamma is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously and will only use such information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy only applies to how Gamma deals with your information. It does not apply to any company outside the Gamma group or to any such company’s websites even if you access them through Gamma, through the Website or through any Gamma App. If you disclose your information to any company outside the Gamma group, your information will be dealt with according to their privacy practices.

What information do we collect?

In a Gamma App we DO NOT ask you for personal information.

Where we receive personal information about you from other individuals, companies and organisations, we rely on these third parties to obtain your consent for us to use
this information.

If you provide personal or other information to us you warrant the accuracy of such information and, where it is information about someone other than yourself, you warrant
that you have that person’s consent to provide such information for the purposes specified.

In addition, when users visit our Website our server also collects non-personal server log data as described below in this Privacy Policy. We also use cookies as described
below in this Privacy Policy.

Why do we collect your information?

We primarily collect different types of non-personal information about our users to fulfil their requirements for our services including Gamma Apps, to process orders, to carry out or respond to requests, to respond to their related enquiries or for any other purpose identified at the time the information is requested.

Use and/or disclosure of your information

We also may use the information we collect from you:

– to pass information to our authorised distributors, agents, service providers and employees, in order to effectively carry out our services; your information helps us better respond to your individual needs;

We do not sell or make available any part of your information for use by other service providers for the purpose of marketing and promotional communication.

How do we protect your information?

Gamma takes reasonable measures (physical, organisational and technological) to safeguard against unauthorised access to your information and to safely store your information.

However, you acknowledge that the internet is not a secure medium and the privacy of your communications and information can never be guaranteed.

Logs Files

When you visit the Website we automatically log your computer’s IP address, operating system and browser types and access times. We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of clickstream data (that is, information about which screens our users visit on our site). This data helps us to determine what content our users find most appealing so that we can maximize your enjoyment of the site. We use Google Analytics on the Website and on a web page presented in a browser view inside Gamma Apps. Inside Gamma Apps we use the restricted version of Flurry analytics.

You can set your browser not to accept cookies. You should read the information that came with your browser software to see how you can turn off the automatic download feature, should you so wish.

Children Policy

Our service is directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database.

If a parent believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to us, he or she can contact us via email. We will promptly delete the information upon learning.
